No one wants to have flabby arms. They’re unaesthetic and uncomfortable.

Do pushups. Do them while listening to music, while there are commercials during your show, or during your break at work, if you have the possibility. They’re an easy way to exercise your arms and they don’t take long.
You can also try slimming wraps. Leave them to act overnight or put them on before you exercise.
Buy slimming lotion or cellulite lotion from your local drugstore and apply a generous amount on the affected area. Wrap the area with plastic foil and on top of that, wrap bandage to increase the temperature and get results faster.
Another thing you can do that helps getting rid of flabby arms is to use cellulite massage items. They’re not expensive and they’re easy to find. You don’t necessarily have to go to a specialized store to get them. Most major supermarkets have them on sale. Apply slimming lotion or cellulite lotion before using them and if you’re consistent the results will immediately appear.
You can also exercise your arms with things around the house. You can use full bottles of water, for example. While watching TV, you can exercise the affected area by lifting your arms over your head, while holding the water bottles. Do at least 50 a day for every arm. Of course, at your own pace. Don’t force yourself too much to avoid muscle cramps and pain.
Although, exercising your arms is key to transforming them from flabby to toned, moisturizing the skin on that area is essential, as well. You need to keep your skin’s elasticity high to help it get back to looking normal.
