Any type of skin: oily, dry or normal can be sensitive. Sensitive skin is a skin condition not a type. One of the causes of sensitivity is disorder of sebaceous glands at the skin level and the effects could be rubefaction, reddening, appearance of spots, itching sensation and pimples. The skin loses its natural glow and looks tired.  A very important step for this type of skin is careful cleaning with natural soap made of natural oils. Can be used boiled and chilled water or rain water in case your skin is intolerant to chlorine.

There are some natural ingredients suitable for this skin condition which can be safely used with no side effects. Coconut oil is an excellent moisturiser for sensitive skin and not only. It can be used on daily basis. A light massage around the eyes area and on cheeks stimulates blood circulation and helps the oil to be easier absorbed into the skin. It  leaves the skin soft and relaxed. Lavender or rose water can be used as often as needed along the day. Once or twice a week can be used masks made of natural ingredients.
