Having belly fat is a nightmare. It is embarrassing and unaesthetic. And it is also hard to get rid of it. It is one of the toughest body areas to lose weight.
It is hard but it is not impossible. You just need to know these tips and follow them, keeping in mind that a flat belly does not come over night. It takes a little while to get there, but when you do you will be proud of yourself.
Keep in mind that nothing tastes like being skinny feels. Meaning that maybe it is time to skip that 4 o’clock Snickers bar or that 8 o’clock drink in fron of the TV. Also, forget those late night fried meals while watching your favorite show. Try pedaling while watching your favorite show, instead.
Switch fries with a healthy salad, sweats with pieces of fruits, fried with baked, grilled or boiled, sodas with freshly squeezed fruit juices, or with just plain water. Or water with slices of lemon.
Also, try as much as possible to sleep at a reasonable hour. Sleeping is when your body heals and rests and also when you gain energy for doing those million things you have to do the next day.
Least but not last, DO YOUR ABS. Try to squeeze in at least 50 in your busy day. It doesn’t take more than 10 minutes to do them. And take your time don’t rush them, in order to make them correctly and get results from it.
To help speed up the process, you can try overnight plastic wraps. Just rub in cellulite lotion and wrap your belly in plastic foil. Sleep and shower in the morning.
